Return and Exchange Policy

1. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Product Received
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, you can request a replacement within 48 hours of delivery. Our team will arrange for a reverse pickup, inspect the product, and send a replacement if a manufacturing defect is found.
2. Out-of-Stock Items
In case your ordered product is out of stock, we will issue a refund or gift card of equal value, which can be used for future purchases on our website.
3. Warranty-Based Issues

All returns require a handover video at pickup and an unboxing video for verification.
